What are the symptoms of testicular cancer?
The most common symptoms of testicular cancer are:
- a painless lump or swelling in either testicle
- a change in how the testicle feels
- an ache in the lower abdomen or groin
- a sudden build-up of fluid in the scrotum
- pain or discomfort in a testicle or in the scrotum.
There are a number of conditions that may cause these symptoms, not just testicular cancer. If any of these symptoms are experienced, it is important that they are discussed with a doctor.
