Follow-up care for women with low-risk endometrial cancer: A guide for General Practitioners

This guide was developed to assist General Practitioners (GPs) in managing aspects of follow-up care and support for women following completion of active treatment for low-risk endometrial cancer. It provides a general guide to appropriate practice to be followed subject to the clinician’s judgement in each individual case.

This guide has been superseded by Shared follow-up care for women with low-risk endometrial cancer: A guide for General Practitioners (GP Guide) 2020.

Influencing best practice in breast cancer

Cancer Australia, the Government’s national cancer control agency, aims to reduce the impact of cancer, address disparities and improve outcomes for people affected by cancer, by leading and coordinating national, evidence-based interventions across the continuum of care.

In line with Cancer Australia’s Strategic Plan 2014-2019, the Cancer Australia Statement – Influencing best practice in breast cancer has been developed to improve cancer outcomes and inform effective and sustainable cancer care.
